Sigachi Industries Limited held its 1st Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, via video conference, where shareholders approved an increase in the company’s authorized share capital and the issue of up to 11,00,00,000 convertible warrants to promoters and non-promoters on a preferential basis. The meeting, attended by 58 members, was chaired by Mr. Amit Raj Sinha, and M/s. Aakanksha Dubey & Co. was appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
